Customer Service Specialist
Key Responsibilities include:
- Answering high volume of phone calls and routing to appropriate department
- Promptly and accurately process customer transactions such as order entry, order tracking and product returns
- Manage multiple tasks with ability to switch from one task to another flawlessly
Key Attributes include:
- Operating with a sense of urgency and concern
- Maintain a positive attitude
- Ability to build and sustain both internal and external relationships
- Must have a typing speed of 40 WPM with no errors, experience in Microsoft programs as well as proficiency using Gmail and Google Drive.
- Associates or Bachelors degree is preferred.
- Required experience:
Customer Service Experience: 3 years
